1. We will design your website platform.

2. Various test will be made to insure your website is fail proof.

3. Once complete your website will be published for traffic.

4. Billing: Sites are billed annually based on the original purchase date.  We provide clients a 2 day grace period to make a payment in full in order to keep your site active.

We do offer refunds if for any reason you aren't satisfied with our service, however there is a 25% service fee that will be applied against your full refund balance. That means for clients that made split payment arrangements and have not paid their remaining balance off will not be eligible for refunds due to the cost of goods and production.

There are no refunds after 5 business days, any unpaid balances will have a 25% deduction against your refund balance to cover labor and booking fees.

Your website will be published and a notification or email will be sent to you after it's live.
